"We enjoyed a fantastic family stay at the Emerald Lake House. The house was cosy and welcoming with everything we needed. The location is breathtaking from dawn to dusk, with so much wildlife a stones throw away.
The house and location suited the needs of our family, from ourselves, to a 16 year old boy, teenage girl and adventourous 6 year old. We would definitely stay again.

The lake house provides a superb base from which to explore the rolling hills and picturesque Cotswold towns and villages.
It offers a fantastic break for all the family - dine on the decking and enjoy the wonderful lakeside setting; take part in a huge variety of activities available on site and within the Cotswold water park; enjoy many walks from the front door of the lodge; visit the quaint local towns and attractions or simply relax and get away from it all.
The lake house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms - one master bedroom with a king size bed, one twin bedroom (3ft singles) and one small double bed (4ft).
There is also two newly refurbished bathrooms, with shower and bath upstairs and a shower room downstairs, both fitted with luxury furnishings.
The property will had a brand new kitchen fitted for the 2022 season, now with an open plan and spacious living area which opens out through patio doors to a delightful decking area overlooking a quiet Emerald fishing lake.
Surrounded by landscaped gardens, in 41 acres across 3 lakes, the Emerald Lake House is located in a quiet part of the development with the children's adventure playground, indoor games room and tennis courts only a short walk away.
On-site facilities are excellent and are available for guests to use. Guests are able to fish on Isis lake and also have use of the neighbouring sailing lake - 'Windrush' for both kayaking and paddle boarding adventures.
Opposite the development is the De Vere Cotswold Water park hotel with a restaurant and spa facilities, as well as the Gateway centre - an information centre with a cafe and a Cotswold Camping store.
